Wigs & Extensions: If you're not completely satisfied with your hair extensions or wig purchase, you have 30 days from product arrival or pickup, to return the wig and/or extensions to Litty & Pretty for a full refund. In order to receive a full refund, hair extensions/wigs must be unaltered from original condition. For instance, hair extensions that have been bleached, cut, colored, or worn will not be eligible for a full refund, however, you may email info@littypretty.com to discuss other options. Furthermore, wigs that have damaged lace, bald spots, bleach damage, have been colored, or show any sign of being installed, are ineligible for a full refund, however, may be eligible for our wig recycling program.
