Once payment has been completed, your confirmation receipt will act as your ticket for service.
There is no expiration date. Simply text a photo of the confirmation receipt to (323) 418-2829 along with an address and a desired pick-up day.
A Litty & Pretty representative will then send a list of possible pick-up times, from which you will select the one most convenient for you.
Your wig will have been bleached, dried, and ready for delivery 24 hours after your pick-up time.
Please be on the lookout for a text from our staff to select the most convenient time or you may opt for an automatic contactless door delivery that will be set for the next available time slot.
